FISCUTEAN® Clinical and Psychotherapy

I provide both in-person and online telepsychology services to clients in Bucharest, across Romania and internationally.

I work in my own clinical practice and in a mental health clinic in Bucharest, offering psychological diagnostic and CBT therapy in multidisciplinary teams with psychiatrists (adults and children).

My practice is rooted in compassion and scientific rigor, focusing on evidence-based approaches that cater to the unique needs of each client.

I dedicate one day each week to volunteering pro-bono at the Social Center for Psychotherapy in Bucharest, offering care to those in serious need who cannot afford treatment.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy. My clinical training includes a residency at the Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry „Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia”, a leading psychiatric hospital in Bucharest.

I have completed the long-term professional training program “Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy” (Diploma no. 3172) at the Asociația de Hipnoterapie și Psihoterapie Cognitiv-Comportamentală (AHPCC), accredited by Colegiul Psihologilor din Romania.

I also keep updated with the latest science and skills in psychotherapy by studying at the Beck Institute for Cognitive and Behavior Therapy, Philadelphia, USA.

In addition, I have attended and completed accredited specialized courses and certifications including: Diagnostics of ADHD (with Russell Barkley, PhD), Personality Disorders (with Gregory W. Lester, PhD), Trauma and Grief (with J. Eric Gentry, PhD, Joy R. Samuels).

Beyond my clinical work, I am actively engaged in research, focusing on underexplored pathologies and the development of psychometric tools to aid in clinical diagnosis.

I also develop and culturally adapt clinical psychology instruments, aiding clinicians in diagnostic processes through advanced psychometric techniques, ensuring these tools are both accessible and applicable in diverse clinical settings.

I am an active and pround member of the Romanian College of Psychologists (CPR ID: 30812), International Test Commission (ITC), International Society of Political Psychology (ISPP), and American Psychological Association (APA ID: C2304668426).

Before transitioning to clinical psychology, I enjoyed a successful career in the creative industries, specializing in branding, marketing, product design, and advertising. This diverse background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Design and attendance in a Master’s program in Advertising, informs my work related to developing psychological instruments and aids me in creating a better pacient-centered healthcare experience.

My experience extends to working with TED.com, where I contributed to the global expansion of the TEDx program as a Senior TEDx Ambassador.
